Mo Alarjeh is an accounting and financial operations leader with more than 21 years of experience helping organizations improve financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, manage cash flow, reduce financial risk, and make better-informed business decisions.
Throughout his career, Mo has led accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and operational improvement for complex organizations with annual revenues exceeding $100 million. His background also includes outsourced controller services, regulatory audit work, and direct advisory support for U.S. small businesses.
Mo founded Tharnell LLC to give business owners access to experienced accounting and financial guidance without the cost and complexity of maintaining a full in-house finance department. His approach is built on integrity, accuracy, responsiveness, and practical recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
